Tasks

Main Objective:

RLCME is the Mercedes-Benz Regional Logistics Center with responsibility for parts distribution throughout the Middle East & Levant. You will be working in an international environment with close contacts with the Daimler AG headquarters. Main objective of this Logistics Center is to supply parts and accessories to its General Distributors within the agreed service level.

Your main tasks will be:

· Prepare reports, analysis, and presentations for management

· Manage the order processing, tracking, creation and reordering with the customers and vendor

· Support the RLC year-end procedure

· Data base maintenance: price check for normal net and PCI

· Close coordination with the warehouse to track PCI orders

· Coordinate and close follow up on bottleneck & back order parts

· Support the business process and customer process team with the ad-hoc daily activities

· Support Transportation Activities

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

(Under) Graduate in business administration / logistics

Additional information

Starting date: 1st November 2015

Please note that our internship usually runs for a period of not less than six months.
