Tasks

The Bank Branch Program (PBB) is a major strategic initiative of Mercedes-Benz Bank, Daimler Financial Services and their European subsidiaries. Its aim is to establish branches under EU-legislation of the Mercedes-Benz Bank in the biggest European markets. The PMO-team is responsible for tracking the project progress as well as assuring that the project follows all the relevant internal project management standards with regard to time, cost and quality.

Your tasks will be:
- Operative and administrative support of the PMO and project team
- Preparation of presentations, documents and charts
- Enhancement and implementation of project management tools
- Autonomous research and analysis of project relevant data and issues
- Preparation and post-processing of workshops and expert interviews

Qualifications

Course of studies: Currently undertaking a Bachelors or Masters degree with a strong academic record
Language skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, knowledge of German is an advantage
IT-Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Personal competences: Ability to work in team and with internal customers, cross-cultural competence, self-starter, able to work without constant direction
Additional skills: First experience in Project Management or/and Consulting is preferable

For non-EEA students a valid German work permit is required.
