Mercedes-Benz Bank AG, headquartered in Stuttgart, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Daimler Financial Services AG. The Bank Branch Program (PBB) is a major strategic initiative of Mercedes-Benz Bank, Daimler Financial Services and their European subsidiaries. Its aim is to establish branches under EU-legislation of the Mercedes-Benz Bank in the biggest European markets.
This Program requires Change Management and transparent and innovative Communication to all Stakeholders groups at all stages. Being part of Change Management and Communication Team the intern needs to provide profound support for internal and external Communication and Change Management initiatives. The main tasks for this role involves support in development of Change Management concepts, implementation of team development initiatives and support in various communication activities using various communication tools.
Qualifications
Your tasks will be:
Change Management:
-Support global program change concept and foster European mindset in Mercedes-Benz Bank
-Assist in development of change strategy for the Program
-Initiation and Implementation of Team development initiatives
-Assist in Stakeholder tracking and analysis
Communication:
-Assist in executing targeted communication trough all available communication channels (Newsletter, Europe Community, Mailings, Intranet)
-Support in creating innovative communication channels for internal and external use
-Preparation of presentations for communication purposes
Education / Professional experience:
University degree in Organizational Behavior or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of communication campaigns and engagement plans, as well as a good understanding of social marketing.
Skills of coordination and structured approach.
In-depth knowledge of organizational culture, group processes and Change Management.
Basic knowledge of Psychology principles in reactions to change.
Language skills:
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Basic level of French or other regional languages is a plus.
IT skills:
Good command of Microsoft Office Tools.
Experience with Google Docs and Content Management System.
Soft skills:
Excellent communication sensitivity and interpersonal skills.
Team orientation and creativity.
Ability to work independently.
This is a full-time job, temporary for 6 Months
