Reporting

·  Head of After-Sales Daimler Buses

Responsibilities:

Tasks

·  Assist Head of Bus After Sales and Bus After Sales team in their daily office duties

·  Assist in the coordination service and parts marketing activities: service and parts analysis, data mining, market studies

·  Prepare marketing and communication material for after sales products: parts packages, service packages, retrofit packages

·  Support implementation of annual After-Sales Marketing Plan

·  Assist in event organizations such as trainings, exhibitions, conferences, workshops

·  Prepare presentations on regular basis with regard to after sales business

·  Prepare monthly operational board meeting presentations in co-ordination with responsible parties

·  Update monthly after-sales country reports

·  Participate in business meetings with the customers as well as internal meetings on regular basis and assist to prepare minutes of meetings

·  Microsoft Office knowledge especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
