Your tasks will be:
Act as on-site support of complex digital initiatives within our newly created "Hands-on Innovation Starter".
Apply tools and methods to support anchoring of digital initiatives.
Support Product Leads in collecting ideas and setting priorities for prototyping and development.
Provide engaging and intuitive user experiences for digital products.
Monitor analytics, customer feedback, digital entertainment leaders and best practices independently in order to practice insight-driven optimization and innovation.
Help project teams deliver products that deliver rapid and regular business value.
Support team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products as well as continuously deliver product enhancements.
Independently liaise with other teams within and outside the Digital Unit to negotiate timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
Collaboratively work with Project Leads, Product Owners to understand their digital product roadmaps and requirements and to ensure UX is tightly integrated into the roadmaps.
Work with large cross-functional product development teams to build designs that meet those requirements including design specification documents, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, product visualizations, logos, etc.

Qualifications

Education:
University degree, minimum Bachelor degree in Design or equivalent area

Experience and specific knowledge:
Experience abroad/intercultural experiences
First design experience in a digital product environment
UX/UI design skills: user-centered design portfolio that spans some combination of web, mobile, tablet, TV, and wearables
Experience in digital communication - Graphical and Visual design skills
Some experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
Knowledge of agile software development process

Language skills:
Contractual Level or native German & English
Additional languages are a benefit

Soft skills:
Independent, trustworthy and charismatic with absolute integrity
Good measure of creativity, social competence and strong collaboration skills
Entrepreneurial and proactive management skills and a "can do attitude
High energy levels and cultural openness will be therefore highly valued
