Job description

Tasks

- You are responsible for service oriented handling of customer inquiries via email (main focus on 2nd level requests, complaints, invoice/accounting related topics, etc.)
- You decide on debits/credits to customers as needed and appropriate in accordance with policies and procedures
- You are responsible for processing and tracking of traffic and towing offenses
- You take over the processing and assessing penalties for violations related to car2go Terms and Conditions, following the provided guidelines
- You are the local contact person for other car2go customer service teams & registration partners
- You do not hesitate to pick up the phone if relevant
- You support continuous quality improvement with your feedback and ideas in cooperation with the supervisor & quality manager

Qualifications

- Preferably you have a professional education in business administration
- You have a minimum of 2 years professional experience, ideally in the customer service environment
- You are passionate about customer service and the concept of flexible mobility
- You are service oriented
- You have excellent verbal and written skills in Flemish, French and English
- You have deep knowledge of MS Office
- You enjoy working in a team, showing initiative and introducing new ideas
- You have a multitasking ability and you are able to prioritize workload

This is a full-time job. (also suitable for part-time)
