With this particular CAReer position, you will launch your future career in the department “Marketing Small & Large Vans”:

Within Daimler AG, Mercedes-Benz Vans is responsible for the commercial vehicles Citan, Vito and Sprinter as well as for the multi-purpose vehicle V-Class. Besides our main business in Europe we have sites in North and South America as well as in Asia. Support us in developing the marketing mix for our Sprinter for the worldwide markets in order to generate further MB Vans market growth within vehicle segments and regions.

Your tasks include:
- Supporting the worldwide market launch of the new Sprinter generation.

- Preparation of positioning and market workshops with selected sales organizations (worldwide), including upcoming analysis and summary of market feedback.

- Launch management of the subproject sales and marketing; this includes coordination of all marketing functions, scheduling /tracking of tasks, reporting and representation of sales interests within the overall project.

- Ongoing worldwide analysis of the market and competitive environment including derivation of needs for action.

- Design and development of regional marketing concepts (e.g. Europe, NAFTA, Latin America).

Qualifications

For the international trainee program CAReer we expect:
- A solid university degree (ideally a Master's degree)

- First professional work experience (18 months are obligatory with a Bachelor's degree)

- Excellent study results

- Several months of experience abroad and international exposure

- Excellent English language skills along with very good knowledge of German

Furthermore, for this particular position you should have the following qualifications:
- You have preferably completed or are about to complete a degree in Business & economics, Business studies, International management, Business & engineering, or Industrial engineering

- A major in the area of Sales and marketing is preferred

- Preferably you have already completed an internship in the automotive industry

- Basic knowledge of Spanish:
