PE PT LKW - Platform Management HDEP. TP/PEP is responsible for the planning and realization of projects, for vehicle testing and for engine inspection in customer applications. TP/PEP ensures project management from the idea and vehicle testing to the customer sign-off.

Your tasks include:
- Engineering Change Management for Heavy Duty Engine Platform worldwide.

- Manage global teams within the HDEP engineering network from Detroit via Stuttgart to Kawasaki.

- Lead international change management process for HDEP engines, roll-out to other aggregates such as transmission and after-treatment.

- Take responsibility for project content planning and follow-up to reach defined targets. Dedicated project is sustaining engineering for HDEP engines.

Qualifications

For the international trainee program CAReer we expect:
- A solid university degree (ideally a Master's degree)

- First professional work experience (18 months are obligatory with a Bachelor's degree)

- Excellent study results

- Several months of experience abroad and international exposure

- Excellent English language skills along with very good knowledge of German

- You have preferably completed or are about to complete a degree in Civil engineering, Chemicals, Energy technology, Vehicle technology, Casting technology, Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Technology management, Material science, Automation engineering, Electrical engineering, Vehicle construction, Mathematics, or Industrial engineering

- Preferably you have already completed an internship in the automotive industry

- Additional qualifications such as previous experience in Emissions, Turbocharging, Durability testing, Process engineering, Thermodynamics or Project management are preferred:
