With this particular CAReer position, you will launch your future career in the department “Mercedes-Benz Procurement & Supplier Quality (MP)”:

We are in charge of a worldwide purchasing volume of several billion euros. With the support of more than 1,500 international suppliers, we are responsible for supplying our worldwide production plants with the necessary production materials. Besides our central German headquarters we have local Procurement & Supplier Quality Hubs in China, South Africa, USA, India, Mexico and Argentina.

Your tasks include:
- Cross-functional project management for our C,E and S-Class platforms.

- Development of methods and processes, especially for quality processes of the production material.

- Coordinating and steering the international quality engineers and suppliers of our platforms.

- Processing and improving the Shop Floor Management and the commodity Teams.

Qualifications

For the international trainee program CAReer we expect:
- A solid university degree (ideally a Master's degree)

- First professional work experience (18 months are obligatory with a Bachelor's degree)

- Excellent study results

- Several months of experience abroad and international exposure

- Excellent English language skills along with very good knowledge of German

- You have preferably completed or are about to complete a degree in Vehicle technology, Electrical engineering, Information technology, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business and engineering.

- Preferably you have already completed an internship in the automotive industry:
