Tasks
Reporting to
· Business Process Management Manager
Main Objective
· Prime job responsibilities will include First Level IT support of critical After-Sales application, its related sub-systems and the interfaces to/from central/standard and local systems. Support the team with basic hardware support, troubleshooting and reporting
Responsibilities:
· First Level Support for SPICS and After-Sales Applications for RLC and AS, GD users
· Support the SPICS -Spare parts and inventory control system maintenance
· Liaise with second level central technical teams for critical errors and escalations
· Troubleshoot interface errors for SPICS and other subsystems
· Support Service Providers for Import/Export Documentation processes e.g. country Specific Blocking, Mirsal-II, Dubai Chamber of Commerce etc.
· Responsible for daily data maintenance task
· Create Master Data (Parts, Customers, Vendors) Management including Credit Limits
· Create and Manage user accounts and access
· Process special orders OTD, obsolete stock, return orders, initial stock orders and scrap orders in SPICS
· Handle the Release management for the After-Sales applications
· Support the Basic hardware and office equipment maintenance and support (Desktop Support)
· Prepare for the inventory evaluations (SIRON) and Ad Hoc reports
· Coordinate the solution of technical problems in SPICS with Other Service Provider and Vendors

Knowledge/Skill/Experience
· 2-5 years’ experience in application administration preferable on
· z/OS or Unix/Linux platform
· Process know how of logistics supply chain
· Understand the value chains of the Business Partners
· Expertise in MS Excel and MS Access
· Expertise in working with flat files
· Excellent spoken and written skills in English language
· Working knowledge of supply chain systems and processes
· Experience with at least one or more of CA/IDMS, DB2 or SQL
Qualification
· University degree or Diploma in IT / Business Administration / Mathematics / Statistics
· Certification in DBA and Programming
