Mercedes-Benz Inhouse Consulting significantly contributes to the crucial questions of mobility in the future. It is involved in the future development of the company in conceptual and strategic questions with the aim of supporting long-term, significant improvements in the economic performance and the development of the business model. Through its direct connection to the board, Inhouse Consulting offers interesting insights into the work of top management in all areas and highly attractive development possibilities. Your tasks include: - Providing comprehensive advice on strategic top projects to all departments with a focus on sales, product engineering and manufacturing - Collaboration with the relevant stakeholders on the definition, structuring and configuration of the projects - Managing sub-projects of the consulting project, including leading and motivating the specific (sub-)project team through its assignment - Supporting the departmental management team in identifying white spots/areas requiring action within the business operation in order to increase strategic competitiveness, and initiating activities - Assisting in building up a "startup" within the company and transferring gathered knowledge and spirit to the line organization

Qualifikationen:

For the international trainee program CAReer we expect: - A solid university degree (ideally master's degree) - First professional work experience (18 months obligatory with a bachelors degree) - Excellent study results - Several months of experience abroad - Excellent English language skills along with very good knowledge of German Furthermore for this position you should have the following qualifications: - You have completed or are about to complete a degree in Business & Economics, International Management, Psychology, Business Informatics, Economics, Vehicle Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or Business & Engineering - A major in Controlling, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Materials Management/Logistics, Automotive Industry, or Supply Chain Management is preferred - Preferably you have an internship in Automotive Industry and experience in Consulting You also need to convince us with your personality: We expect a bold and independent mindset, curiosity and a desire for change, openness and the highest possible standards of integrity. You enjoy working in an international working environment and you possess a high degree of mobility and flexibility. You show a pragmatic and organized approach to work and finally, a high level of motivation to take on and enjoy management responsibility.
