In the Bremen Mercedes-Benz plant, we produce a multitude of fascinating products. The C-Class sedan/station wagon, GLC, SLC, E-Class Coupé, Cabriolet and the SL all roll off the belt in this very plant - a total of over 300,000 vehicles annually. We owe this to the skills and dedication of over 12,500 employees. As part of Compensation & Personnel Planning, this position works to develop innovative concepts for employee planning and controlling topics. Your tasks include: - Coordination, analysis and presentation of the operating Personnel Planning and Controlling processes in the Bremen plant, including coordination and harmonization with the corresponding areas - Developing methods and tools for various personnel and budget situations, further analysis of scenarios, formulation of the recommended actions for top management - Preparing the multi-site personnel planning and personnel controlling for East London, with close coordination/cooperation with the representatives from each site involved, including central functions - Analyzing, preparing, and commenting on the staff and budget figures for top management - Acting as a contract representative for procedural and methodological issues in personnel planning and controlling

Qualifikationen:

For the international trainee program CAReer we expect: - A solid university degree (ideally master's degree) - First professional work experience (18 months obligatory with a bachelors degree) - Excellent study results - Several months of experience abroad - Excellent English language skills along with very good knowledge of German Furthermore for this position you should have the following qualifications: - You have completed or are about to complete a degree in Business & Economics, Business Studies, International Management, Business Informatics, Economics, Business & Engineering, or Industrial Engineering - A major in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Capital Budgeting, HR, or Planning / Reporting is preferred - Preferably you have an internship in Personnel Controlling - Pronounced competences in MS Excel and MS Access are also necessary - In addition you have a height affinity to numbers You also need to convince us with your personality: We expect a bold and independent mindset, curiosity and a desire for change, openness and the highest possible standards of integrity. You enjoy working in an international working environment and you possess a high degree of mobility and flexibility. You show a pragmatic and organized approach to work and finally, a high level of motivation to take on and enjoy management responsibility.
