Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

Our department is responsible for the IT related processes, strategies, methods and operations of the Mercedes-Benz Ludwigsfelde GmbH. We support the entire process of production, from planning to delivery, as well as complementary processes like HR. Furthermore, we are in constant collaboration with the VAN plants in Düsseldorf, Vitoria (Spain), Charleston (USA), Buenos Aires (Argentina) and our colleagues from the BUS branch in Neu-Ulm, Mannheim and MB Türk. Your tasks include: - IT- based process consulting and support for other departments - Conducting of international, plant overarching projects - Strategic planning of the system and application landscape - VAN-wide harmonization and standardization of existing IT processes - Management of external suppliers and their respective services

Qualifikationen:

For the international trainee program CAReer we expect: - A solid university degree (ideally master's degree) - First professional work experience (18 months obligatory with a bachelors degree) - Excellent study results - Several months of experience abroad - Excellent English language skills along with very good knowledge of German Furthermore for this position you should have the following qualifications: - You have completed or are about to complete a degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business & Engineering - A major in Automotive Industry, Organization, or Planning/Reporting is preferred You also need to convince us with your personality: We expect a bold and independent mindset, curiosity and a desire for change, openness and the highest possible standards of integrity. You enjoy working in an international working environment and you possess a high degree of mobility and flexibility. You show a pragmatic and organized approach to work and finally, a high level of motivation to take on and enjoy management responsibility.
