Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product life cycle of Powertrain components. Develop a digital footprint by identifying business opportunities for utilizing advanced CAD/CAM technologies - Be creative! In cooperation with IT and our business partners at the interface of R&D, production engineering and operations, build a CAx-Lab to foster and benefit from state-of-the-art CAx technologies - Spread the news and get close to our customers! Increase accessibility & use of CAx consulting and support services to shape up consistent digital value streams for our manu-facturing business and create a new user experience - Dive deep & get better! Further develop our smart factories with intelligent tool engineering & manufacturing processes by creating and optimizing their digital twins and with the help of the latest simulation technologies - Accelerate & learn fast! Establish and utilize agile IT delivery concepts and cultivate early user feedback by rapid prototyping methods, i.e. Design Thinking

Qualifikationen:

For the international trainee program CAReer we expect: - A solid university degree (ideally master's degree) - First professional work experience (18 months obligatory with a bachelors degree) - Excellent study results - Several months of experience abroad - Excellent English language skills along with very good knowledge of German Furthermore for this position you should have the following qualifications: - You have completed or are about to complete a degree in Vehicle Technology, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or Industrial Engineering - A major in Research & Development, Engineering or Automotive Industry is preferred - Preferably you have an internship in the manufacturing business using advanced CAx technologies - International experience in English speaking countries is preferred You also need to convince us with your personality: We expect a bold and independent mindset, curiosity and a desire for change, openness and the highest possible standards of integrity. You enjoy working in an international working environment and you possess a high degree of mobility and flexibility. You show a pragmatic and organized approach to work and finally, a high level of motivation to take on and enjoy management responsibility.
