The Bank Branch Program (PBB) is a major strategic initiative of Mercedes-Benz Bank, Daimler Financial Services and their European subsidiaries. Its aim is to establish branches under EU-legislation of the Mercedes-Benz Bank in the biggest European markets. Program Communications is responsible for all communication and change management activities to various important stakeholders, e.g. top-management and employees in several countries. Your Tasks: - Support of Program Communications and project team - Develop annual Communication Plan and track its progress - Develop communication activities for 5 countries - Preparation of presentations, documents and charts - Autonomous research and analysis of project issues - Preparation and post-processing of stakeholder meetings - Tracking, analyzing and controlling communication budget on a regular basis
Qualifikationen:
Course of studies: Currently undertaking a Bachelors or Masters degree in Communication Science, Marketing, Management or comparable IT Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Basic knowledge in photo and video editing, e.g. Photoshop, is advantage Individual competencies: Enthusiastic about Social Media, Ability to work in team and with internal customers, Cross-cultural competence, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, First experience in Project Management is preferable, Self-starter, able to work without constant direction Language: Knowledge of German, French and/or Spanish is an advantage Start: 1st of October 2015 or possibly later, minimum duration 5 months
