Job description

Simply put, DAD helps people with their home repairs.

We do this by providing instant access to our vetted network home repair experts via live chat and video call who can provide remote advice and quotes on all types of home repairs. If you require a home visit, we know what parts to bring and we arrive ready to fix, saving our customers both time and money in the process.

We believe in smart-service and using technology to make it as convenient for the customer whilst being as helpful and friendly as possible in the whole process.

We are looking for someone to join the team to help with the wave of demand and excitement in our new service. This person will be on the front-line helping customers from the point of entering the DAD service with an issue all the way through to get their issue resolved.

- positive, friendly, patient with a strong resolve (startups can be rewarding but bumpy journeys.)
- great at written communication & accurate typing skills (all those years of chatting online will be put to good use!)
- strong verbal communication (comfortable to communicate all types of news to customers)
- good organisational and multi-tasking skills to monitor and follow up Quotes, Bookings and Conversations
