Safety Data Sheet SDS Author - Regulatory Specialist

Location: North West or Home Based

Start Date: Immediate - ASAP

Salary: Negotiable (dependant upon experience)

Type: Permanent, Full-time.

Overview of Role:

A fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding company. My Client, based in the North West, is looking for an experienced Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Author. This is a permanent position that has become available due to expansion and company growth. The role could be either full-time or part-time with the potential to work from my clients’ offices or from a home location to suit.

This is an interesting role with a vibrant and very friendly, professional consultancy.

The Role:

• Classification of substances and mixtures to CLP and other global classification systems.
• Authoring of SDS utilising appropriate and agreed SDS authoring software.
• Conversion of English SDS into required languages and the addition of local requirements.
• Evaluation of clients’ SDS for compliance with regulations.
• Experience of preparation of exposure scenarios for eSDS would also be an advantage.
