The company offers creative, technical and marketing services under one roof, ISO-accredited user-centered design process with lean and agile management principles, drawing on investment in creative R&D.

We are hiring an Operations Assistant to manage and oversee process management throughout our production and infrastructure departments. As an Operations Assistant, you will work closely with key team members to ensure the smooth running of the business on a daily basis. You must also be someone who is results driven and not concerned about working out of hours on occasion due to your responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee, lead and manage our ISO9001 QMS including internal and external audits
  • Update our QMS from 2008 to 2015
  • Oversee and update global timelines and accounts to ensure there is clarity and a helicopter view of projects and programmes
  • Oversee the client survey, PRAs and process improvements and undertake monthly analysis on all our projects
  • Manage and rate suppliers in the CRM Coordination with HR and Finance teams
  • Ensure policies are written and provided for around management topics
  • Oversee the quality objectives and budgets for both IT and Operations
  • Instigate and manage both internal and client non-conformities

Experience and skill requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Implementation of auditing ISO9001 Management Systems
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to identify sources of potential concern/conflict in advance
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in an agency environment is preferable
  • A willingness to learn new tools such as Box.com, Slack and Trello
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of all projects
