Poste et missions:
As Sales associate, your objective is to generate revenue through the sale of our technology driven hotel booking solution in EMEA and to promote the adoption and use of the RoomIt by CWT hotel booking solutions and increase hotel volumes.
This is your opportunity to join an international sales team in an exciting new technology startup that also has the backing of a major business travel company. We are looking for the first generation of people to help us pioneer a new path for companies and their employees to purchase hotels for business travel.
Profil:
Sales pipeline management
Build, maintain and manage a prospective customer database as agreed with the (Senior Sales Manager)
Cultivate and strengthen relationships among buyer
Sales management
Build sales strategy in collaboration with Manager to achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Communicate RoomIt’s unique value proposition within the marketplace to drive awareness of our brand and build relationships for the long term
Provide high quality sales collaterals and proposals to prospective customers, presenting our hotel standalone offer
Produce and distribute introductory communication material and follow up with the aim of securing an appointment / sales visits
Qualify leads within 24 hours
Negotiate the terms of an agreement to close sales
Ensure that the CRM/pipeline database is kept up to date in accordance with agreed guidelines and reflects all sales activities undertaken and planned maintaining a 100% accuracy
Proactively attend trade shows and networking events as required
Achieve a close ratio as define
Work with your domestic and regional counterparts to develop sales strategies that further our commitment to best practices and global collaboration
Account management
Participate in client meetings as the Hotel SME representative
Organize demos of hotel products, both online and mobile
Influence clients on new initiatives to increase their hotel attach rate
Qualifications
As a key member of the team you represent and share CWT RoomIt values in order to strengthen the brand image and culture. You maintain an excellent understanding of CWT RoomIt tools, technology and products, promote a harmonious working climate fostered by morale and engagement, productivity and efficiency with all the collaborators and project a favorable image of CWT RoomIt to promote its aim and objectives to foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance in each of its areas and endeavors.
As such you are & have the following skills:
Fluency in English
IT skills: MS Office + open to learn new tools (RoomIt, CRM)
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, sales or business related fields
Experience in hotel sales & distribution or global travel management
Experience in selling within a B2B capacity
Experience within the travel or hotel industry an asset
Proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn
