Front-End Developer - AngularJS

Curve is working on the next generation of payments after the humble bank card. We believe that payments should be easy, secure and accessible from every interface and device. We believe that people should have a holistic view of their finances across all their bank accounts and credit cards and be able to pay with any of them anytime, anywhere while they leave their cards at home.

Curve is looking to recruit a proficient and enthusiastic Front End AngularJS Developer to join their company startup and help them create exciting online experiences for their clients.

You will need to have a good grasp of JavaScript and AngularJS, HTML and CSS as well some experience with PHP and MySQL.

Attention to detail and great communication skills are a must, as is the ability to think around problems and come up with solutions both within the development team and independently with the entrepreneurial spirit that underpins our business.

You will maintain a high level of awareness on industry trends, particularly in regards to web standards, accessibility, usability and emerging technologies.

Skills & Requirements

Must have:
- Extensive AngularJS experience
- JavaScript programming, OO concepts and techniques
- Hand coding XHTML and HTML 5, CSS 3 and cross-browser compatibility
- CSS pre-processors (SASS)
- Strong experience of building functional and aesthetically pleasing UIs
- Delivering responsive user experiences using custom media queries or frameworks such as Bootstrap
- jQuery framework and plugins customisation
- Confident in testing for multiple browsers and devices using Firebug or similar
- Agile development methodology
- Experience with version control systems such GIT
- Test Driven Development experience (Karma, Protractor)

Nice to haves:
- Experience working with Cordova and/or Phonegap
- Hands on experience and knowledge of PHP
