We require a Membership Development Manager to engage and build our membership pool.
We are currently seeking a Membership Manager, a role which will drive the strategic delivery of membership in support of the aims and objectives of the Association.
The Membership Manager will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of members, and the successful implementation of a new CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a membership function within an organisation or charity, effective operational planning and a good knowledge of marketing theory and its application to the development of successful membership recruitment and retention campaigns. Good project management, people management and strong written and oral communication skills are all vital in this role.
