For more information, please visit http://www.criteo.com Job Title Manager Ad Operations, India Location Gurgaon, India Overview The ad operations team in Gurgaon, India is responsible for setting up and managing marketing campaign setups to ensure streamlined execution of our advertiser and publisher ad delivery in the APAC region. You will act as manager to the team of 3 to 5 Ad Operations Trafficker based in Gurgaon. You will be responsible for hiring and managing people. Focus on quality of delivery as well as track and manage the key performance indicators. Work very closely with and will get requests cascaded from the client facing teams (Technical Solutions, Creative Services and Account Strategy) who transform business needs into technical configurations. Key Responsibilities Build up and manage the workflow about technical configurations on your services, prioritize and allocate tasks between the team members when necessary Raise the bar, and further develop the strong team spirit and each unique and special individual of the team. Mentor and develop them, ensuring they focus on the right priorities and get support when needed Escalate team or individual concerns to the related teams or individuals in a timely manner and as appropriate Hire additional team members and be responsible for successfully onboarding them Ensure that proper training and knowledge sharing takes place within the team, regarding Criteo solutions, integrations, tools and reporting systems as well as client and partner interactions in close relation with other Criteo teams Identify and lead opportunities in our tools and processes Actively participate in the development of our business process by providing the best solution at the right time Collaborate with other internal organization to improve overall efficiency and achieve objectives Requirements Degree in computer science or technology related degree. Must have at least 3 years' experience in ad operation/online service Provable experience as a people manager with experience in mentoring team of more than five team members Workflow management skills ensuring that internal and external teams meet deliverables on time and under budget Autonomous, proactive and a problem solver Must have experience working in an international / multilingual company, with people across different countries Experience with issue tracking (eg.
