UAT Acceptance Test Analyst # 090680

Job description

· You will encourage good test management practices, and adhere to the agreed UAT approach and exit/entry criteria as mandated by the Program Test Lead.
· You will provide test management coordination including test planning, metrics, test, defect management and running any necessary UAT status update calls as required by the Program Test.
· You will work with end users to gather testable use cases and gain feedback on test cases and test execution.
· You will analyze user stories to establish test scenarios from an end-user perspective.
· You will create test cases with detailed steps with traceability to business and functional requirements.
· You will liaise with other project team members of the project such as Project Managers, Business Analysts, IT Analysts, IT Developers, and End Users.
· You will execute UAT test cases and create defects for any faults found in the functionality under test using the Test Management tool HP ALM.
· You will ensure that any system issues are raised at the earliest opportunity with the IT team responsible.

Desired profile

Essentials Skills and Qualification:

·  You have an excellent partner management skills and experience working with end users.
·  You have good working knowledge of SQL and software development lifecycle
·  You have recent hands-on test case preparation and test case execution experience.
·  You have understanding of data testing process.
·  You are confident with your written and oral communication skills in English

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

·  You have experience of testing Credit Risk reports.
·  You are familiar with business processes, financial products, credit risk management and regulatory requirements (e.g. FSA Basel II/III; CCAR).
·  You hold a degree in relevant subject (mathematical/financial/IT preferred but not mandatory).
·  You have software Testing qualifications e.g ISEB, ISTQB.
