Teamlead IPS (Investment Product and Sales MIS) (80% - 100%)

We Offer...

· Leading Investment Product and Sales MIS Team
· Responsibility for budget and people management
· Manage DWH integration and enrichment projects
· Plan, co-ordinate and line-up IPS demand pipeline
· Coordinate and liaise within company’s DWH community
· Meeting with the various DWH and BI stakeholders (TS, AD and Business) within the bank
· Responsibility for vendor management including contracting
· Ensure common standards, processes and tools are adopted
· Being involved in complex and challenging DWH projects
· Gain further experience in DWH, Big Data and BI technology

You Offer...

· Graduate degree or other relevant higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
· Proven track record of several years of experience as Project and/or Line
· Manager in a complex and matrix structured environment within the banking/ finance sector
· Focus on people management and solution delivery with experience in dealing with constraints and setbacks
· Good understanding of Oracle based Data Warehouse architectures
· Understanding / Knowledge with ETL tools and Unix would be of advantage
· Intercultural work ethic and a good critical and analytical thinking and problem solving working approach
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Fluent English language skills; preference will be given to candidates who are also fluent in German
· Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Switzerland
