We Offer...
· Opportunity to provide frontline support to a team of 15 within the IBCM department
· Responsibility for General Administration, including but not limited to: typing, sending letters, invitations, preparing presentations and pitch books, organize couriers, etc
· Accountability for managing expenses in line with CS Expense Policies
· Management of multiple diaries, including reserving meeting rooms and catering where applicable and coordinating roadshow itineraries
· Assist with event coordination
· Responsibility of making travel and accommodation arrangements for the team, including visas and transfers as applicable
· Opportunity to assist the APAC IBCM team with ad-hoc projects

You Offer...
· Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role
· Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to prioritise, set and deliver on deadlines
· Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication skills
· Advanced Word, Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Intermediate Powerpoint
· Experience with Outlook or similar email tools
· Ability to work in a team environment that is busy and fast-moving
· Self motivated and hard working
· Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities within the office environment
