Introduction of the department:

EMEA Branch Support is looking for a 2nd level support of the end user infrastructure to join their dynamic team. The mission of EMEA Branch Support team is to provide a centrally governed organisation managing infrastructure products, people, services, financials and production processes. The Branch organisation provides infrastructure services across 25 countries and 97 offices. The infrastructure services provided by the organisation include Networks, Voice, Windows/Unix Servers, Databases, Data Centre's , Online/Offline Storage, Service Desk, Email, Desktop, Market Data.

This specific role is required to support branch infrastructure services for Luxembourg based in Luxembourg.

We offer:
· A permanent position with following responsibilities:
· Providing 2nd level support for the End user Environment (iDesktop) of Credit Suisse Luxembourg and its branches
· Operation of the iDesktop enhancements for Luxembourg including deployment of Hedani server and management of the different products like Stealth Intercept/Audit, Group Policy Administrator, Appsense, McAfee and Lumension Endpoint Security in coordination with the Credit Suisse central support and engineering teams
· Build the interface to the central teams to define and maintain processes for the daily operations
· Establish and run reporting processes of the full iDesktop environments to fulfill audit requirements

· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Fluent written / spoken English
· Demonstrate a high level of customer focus and empathy
· Ability to work under pressure, to keep things simple, patience and creativity,
· Proven large experience of supporting an infrastructure environment of Windows based systems (Server and workstations)
· Common understanding of Network, Security, Virtualization and Storage
· Strong Teamwork and communication / information sharing
· Good situational analysis and decision making abilities
· ITIL awareness
