We Offer...
A global team with a footprint in APAC, EMEA and Americas servicing the post trade margining requirements for Stock Loan transactions.
The SLB collateral team is responsible for the timely collection and return of margin (cash or securities) used to cover the trade exposure from stock loan trading activity.
The team manages two main collateral flows:
· Bi-Lateral – collateral is agreed and moved on a bi-lateral basis with a client.
· Tri-party – collateral is managed via a 3rd party or Triparty agent who represents CS and the client
The team’s main client is the Central Collateral Desk who are a front office team responsible for managing the firms collateral inventory.
· EMEA Stock Loan Triparty specialist
· Run day to day Operational support for Stock loan collateral
· Ensure processes are controlled with Key Risk Indicators appropriately managed
· Ensure delivery of key strategic programs
