The Asset management business (CSAM) has approximately CHF 400 billion in assets under management and employs over 1,000 people worldwide.
CSAM offers products across a variety of asset classes ranging from equities, fixed income and multi-asset class products to alternative investments such as real estate, hedge funds, private equity, infrastructure and joint venture partnerships. CSAM handles mandates, mutual funds, and other investment vehicles for a broad range of clients, including large institutions, governments, private banks and individual clients. CSAM operates globally and in partnership with other divisions within the bank to deliver premier investment solutions.
Distribution is one of the key functions within CSAM Asia Pacific, with professionals in Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney.
CSAM is seeking to grow its Distribution Team by hiring a dedicated, ambitious sales support Associate to bolster our coverage of Third Party Private Banks and Institutional Clients in Non-Japan Asia.
You will report directly to the Head of Distribution, Non-Japan Asia, based in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contribute to the overall distribution strategy and success of CSAM in Asia Pacific
· Responsible for working with Distribution team members to identify areas for more meaningful support, follow up and client communications
· Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Compliance colleagues to ensure best-practice and quality delivery of information, thought pieces, events and investment products and solutions
· Grow to understand the investor landscape and help to dedicatedly contribute to Distribution's strategic approach to business development. This will include chaperoning visiting PMs on road shows, being systematic and organized in follow up priorities, and working in lock-step with Distribution to identify next steps for client servicing
· Partner with other divisions within Credit Suisse to capitalize on synergies and shared client opportunities
· Ensure all local and cross-border support and follow up activities meet relevant regulations, market practice and compliance policies

Qualifications :
Educational requirements:
· Your Bachelor Degree with a major in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
· You have advanced degree or qualifications are an advantage.
· Your fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin is required. Ability to provide written and verbal follow up in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be required. This is due to the need for the role to liaise with Chinese clients.
Experience required:
· You have relevant experience in a sales or business support role at an investment firm, asset manager, alternatives firm or bank.
· You have an understanding of asset management in Asia.
· You have experience in a dynamic, results driven environment.
