RFP Specialist / Consultant Relations
We Offer...
· Manage the completion of RFPs/RFIs/DDQs and ad-hoc requests from start to finish
· Maintain the RFP database (PMAPS) with data; i.e. gathering information and proceeding to data-mining/data-drilling, keep content in PMAPS state-of-the-art
· Supporting the maintenance of various consultant databases covering global markets
· Work closely with the Portfolio Management of our CSAM boutiques completing RFP/RFI and DDQ requests for traditional investment solutions
· Cooperate with CS partners: PB&WM, IB, Legal & Complicance, Operations / Finance, Corporate Communication, Risk Management, Trading, HR and other departments
· Cooperate with external and outsourcing partners (investment platforms, consultant databases etc.)
· Ensure consistency of RFPs/RFIs/DDQs & Consultant Databases throughout asset management, leverage of RFIs/RFPs as marketing communications instrument
· Produce and evaluate statistics of tenders for our businesses and constant improvement of production and coordination processes
· Rigorous adherence to regulatory/legal requirements and approved internal processes

· Banking or finance-related education, experience in the asset management industry
· Between 2-5 years of experience as a writer and editor for RFP's in German and English
· High standards in complying with regulations
· Strong communication skills, hands-on attitude and talent to motivate people around you
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment with a simultaneous very high reliability and accurate working methods
· Fluency in English with high level of German and English is required for this role
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), preferably experience in database management
