Join the RF IT Data Management - Cross Functional Architecture team and contribute across all aspects of architecture within the Data Management Horizontal. Data Management is one of three horizontal capabilities in addition to Reporting and Calculations that provide capabilities in support of business aligned solution delivery.

· Assist projects in creating solutions that align to the broader Risk and Finance IT strategy of reducing complexity, lowering TCO and increasingly aligning data and controls across the functional silo's.
· Maintain the forward looking architecture views and roadmaps that clearly articulate to our stakeholders how the Data Management capabilities will adapt and evolve to the changing internal and external drivers of CRO & CFO.
· Implement the appropriate level of on-going Architecture governance process to ensure that Data Management solution and supporting capabilities are properly aligned with the CRO and CFO Design Authorities.
· Identify opportunities to demonstrate the technologies, capabilities and services of the Data Management horizontal, Credit Suisse generally and across the wider FinTech and FenReg in support of Risk and Finance IT's strategic goals.
· Seek out opportunities to advance the RFIT strategy be a visible and active advocate for the strategy and support the project team in their delivery of it.

Desired profile

Strong and attested ability to breakdown complex problems or solution into easily communicable concepts.

Experience in developing, maintain and using analysis models. Outlining the key function requirements of a process, the capabilities needed to support it and how that model relates to the Data and Application Architecture.

He or she she will have experience in developing and maintain an Application Architecture outlining the key functional responsibilities of the components and linking through to the underlying Data Architecture and back to the business processes supported.

Experience and involvement in the delivery of cross component, department and organizational projects.

Some experience of risk management functions and required IT support would be an advantage.

Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

University degree education ideally with focus on Information Technology, finance or business administration.

Fluent written and spoken English.

Excellent MS Office skills is a must.

High degree of flexibility and “can do” attitude. Ability to work with limited level of instruction and supervision.
