Job description

Summary:

Client Operations is dedicated to the Prime Services business, a top tier ranked industry provider, and offers each client a day to day operational representative to manage and tend to various tasks/needs across the Prime Brokerage, Prime Finance and Prime Derivatives space. This particular role covers Prime Brokerage specifically for Asset Servicing. Asset Servicing is comprised of Corporate Actions, Shareholder Voting and Dividend / Income lifecycle events.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Provide a single point of contact to all external Prime Brokerage clients and to the business itself respective to all Asset Servicing needs
· Responsible for query management, break resolution, entitlement inquiries and chasing for elections
· Measure, analyse client work drivers and scorecard activities targeting efficiency
· Offer training assistance to clients around CS tools and online capabilities
· Document small change & process improvements
· Participate in and prepare for client visits, roundtables, various working groups

Desired profile

Required Skills:

·  Subject matter expert in Asset Servicing market knowledge & processing with special focus on Corporate Actions
·  Responsible for voice of customer facilitation and own the maintenance of the relationships
·  Excellent written and oral communication across all audiences is essential
·  Risk orientated, able to work against sensitive deadlines in a controlled environment
·  Able to contribute business requirements and execute test plans as needed
·  Knowledge of Equity/Fixed Income settlement & Derivative transactions a plus
·  Must have 2-4 years experience in Asset Servicing
