Job description

The Presentation Design Specialist (“PDS”) is involved with the design, creation and editing of financial presentations for Presentation Technologies at Credit Suisse (“PresTech”). The position requires advanced experience with MS Office and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Candidates for this position should be prepared to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Primary responsibilities:

· Designing and creating complex presentations, graphics, charts, graphs
· Adaptability to process specialist PowerPoint presentations, such as:
· Client styled presentations
· Files not built on the bank's standard template
· Technically complex documents, e.g., very large files, unusual file setup, etc.
· Understand and apply corporate style and suitable page layouts
· Proactively offer support and advice to other team members
· Communication with requestors to gain clarity on instructions and advise them when needed
· Demonstrate an openness for continual improvement

Desired profile

·  Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, solid knowledge of MS Word and Excel
·  Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
·  Fluent written and verbal English skills
·  At least 1 year of experience in document production and/or design
·  Prepared to work from Friday till Sunday on the afternoon or night shift
·  Solid organizational and time management skills
·  Strong eye for accuracy and detail
·  Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills
·  Ability to work well under pressure
·  Facility with mentoring and training
