Multifonds platform Support Officer

We Offer...

· Independently supporting our internal clients from fund administration and investment accounting departments on our MultiFonds platform
Parameterization of various applications (Temenos Multifonds, various in-house applications)
· Identifying, analyzing and specifying all kinds of upcoming change requests from the users
· Tracking of change requests from specification, during testing until final implementation
· Acting as project managers for smaller projects in that context as well as participating in large scale projects working in an international context by providing user support to our platform users in other Asset Management locations
· An important interface function between business and IT
· Providing training to new users
· Preparation, execution and consolidation of system releases

You Offer...

· At least 3 years practical experience in fund administration/ investment accounting or fund accounting system support
· Broad and deep knowledge of application “Multifonds” from Temenos (former IGEFI) is mandatory / precondition
· Affinity to IT systems, i.e. looking for ways how to support business processes with applications
· Substantial track record in requirement engineering
· High analytical skills and ability to compile findings in a concept, derive and describe business requirements
· SQL skills
· Ability to work independently and self-driven
· Solution oriented mindset
· Good communication skills
· University or Polytechnic degree a plus
· Fluent in English (oral and written), German skills a plus
