As a member of Marketing Event Reporting & EMT (Event Management Tool) Support team you will be a part of a specialized group of individuals supporting Event Managers and other Marketing Stakeholders in their Event Planning, Event Management and Event Reporting activities. You will be able to develop your knowledge in terms of Marketing project life-cycle, tools and performance analysis. You will be responsible for supporting event management processes and performance tracking.
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Supporting international project group in EMT development
· Supporting EMT Users worldwide through training and preparation programs
· Daily user support and advice in EMT operations
· Performing Event Performance tracking based on marketing metrics
· Providing data-driven analysis to Marketing Stakeholders
You Offer...
Your success will depend on the following:
· Higher education, or still in 2nd stage (MA) education
· 2 or more years of professional experience
· Client Services and Stakeholder management experience
· Good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Experience/knowledge of Event Marketing as an asset
· Corporate experience working in international team as an asset
· Project management track as an asset
Key Competencies:
· Excellent communication skills (incl. running presentations and trainings)
· Solid team player
· Patience, stress resistance, independence
· Proactivity
· Good planning and coordination skills
· Solid analytical skills
Language skills:
· Fluent English
