Job description

GM Operations Legal Linkage Key Data Quality Team are responsible for managing the Legal Linkage Key exception management process.

Legal Linkage Keys (LLK) are attached to OTC trades booked in trade capture systems at the point of trade booking, in effect being an additional trade fact that associate each trade with respective legal documentation.

Day to day responsibilities include:

· Monitor generation, trade management and fobo breaks via exception management systems
· Investigation and resolution of all exceptions within tight deadlines
· Liaise with partners across LCD, Operations, Front & Middle Office and IT towards improved data quality
· Initiate and track outstanding's via escalation process
· Manage Consumer queries in timely and professional manner
· Partner with on shore team in London to deliver excellent client service and seamless team support
· Identify quick wins and tactical improvements to improve data quality and accuracy
· Develop subject matter expertise of the LLK process

Desired profile

·  Degree education
·  2+ years' experience in banking / investment banking or financial industry
·  Solid communication skills
·  Prior work experience in Operations, Collateral Management or an ISDA Docs function will be an added advantage
·  Solid understanding of escalation procedures
·  Excellent attention to detail
·  Ability to understand impact of front to back processes across the Firm
·  Ability to work in conjunction with Global team
·  Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
·  Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment
·  Ability to work with the Change team to define Process improvement opportunities
·  Solid control mindset
·  Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
