Job description

The Learning Data Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting the data-related processes within the Mandatory e-Learning & Learning Analytics team. The role includes maintaining and further developing the reporting framework for all mandatory e-Learnings (Set up of the reports, communication & coordination with representatives across the bank, regular reports for Policy & Training Compliance).

The Learning Data Analyst will also support the quarterly reporting process in order to deliver key figures to the Management of Talent Development starting from the data sourcing to the reporting.

The role also involves processing ad-hoc data requests from a variety of internal (Talent Development) and external stakeholders as well as supporting the continuous optimization of all data-related processes.

Finally the Learning Data Analyst will act as a deputy for the Learning Analytics function.

The role requires attention to details and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with the goal of delivering pragmatic and high-quality results with clear deadlines. Solid collaboration skills will be necessary to partner with the Mandatory e-Learning Coordinators, the e-Learning Advisor colleagues based in Zurich and the e-Learning Helpdesk colleagues based in Pune, India.

Responsibilities
· Successfully manage and further develop the reporting framework for all mandatory e-Learnings
· Support the quarterly reporting process in order to deliver key figures to the Management of Talent Development
· Process ad-hoc data requests from various stakeholders across the bank
· Support the continuous optimization of all data-related processes within Digital Learning and Talent Development
· Act as a deputy for the Learning Analytics function
· Partner closely as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the Mandatory e-Learning Coordinators, the e-Learning Advisor colleagues based in Zurich and the e-Learning Helpdesk colleagues based in Pune, India

Desired profile

·  A university-level degree (bachelor or master) in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
·  Proficient with the use of MS Excel to evaluate and report on large amounts of data including macros and VBA is a must, knowledge of Powerpivot a plus
·  Knowledge of database (ideally SQL Server) and database querying including the ability to program SQL is a must, MS Access a plus
·  Knowledge of reporting tools such as Business Objects, Microsoft Visual Studio, Tableau/Qlikview an advantage
·  Structured way of thinking and ability to make the connections, demonstrated capabilities in problem solving
·  Curiosity and willingness to learn
·  Ability to prioritize work, with a strong attention to detail and deliver highest degree of quality with clear deadlines
·  Ability to work independently and under time pressure
·  Service and team oriented personality with good inter-personal and business communication skills (oral and written)
