Job description
The GC/CCRO Business Management Team in Wroclaw is looking for a Compliance Academy Program Manager / Management Supporter to coordinate the Compliance Academy, a one year internship program. In addition to overseeing the Academy, the Program Manager will work within the Business Management Team to support internal initiatives and projects.
Program Manager
· Provide local management of the Wroclaw Compliance Academy
· Work alongside functional stakeholders to ensure a structured and targeted program is developed and implemented
· Work alongside Credit Suisse Campus Recruitment to coordinate campus events and marketing for Compliance Academy
· Conducts mid program and final performance reviews (sourcing and discussing feedback, chairing meetings, archiving documentation)
· Coordinates and manages various Academy initiatives from a cost, logistical and content perspective
· Collaborates with Academy Heads around the globe to manage global Academy wide projects and ensure consistency in approach
· Acts as a mentor / coach for Academicians, leveraging potential and ensuring top talent can be developed and retained
· Serves as the go to person for Academy students and local management
· Liaison for all miscellaneous HR requests for Academy
Management Support
· Assists team with the management transition/deployment projects (key parameters are e.g. scope, timeline, quality)
· Assists sending locations in deployment queries, providing local expertise
· Ensures operating model is in line with current CoE plans
· Continuous improving deployment process
· Ensures smooth on-boarding of deployed FTE
· Supports ad hoc projects

Experience
· More than 1 year experience in directly or indirectly managing a team / stakeholders
· University Degree
· Excellent Excel skills
· Ability to present and create presentation in PowerPoint
· Prior experience in an accounting and/or controller role is a plus
