Junior Specialist in Legal Regulatory Research

We Offer...

The General Counsel Division of Credit Suisse is currently looking for a talented individual who will take on the Legal Regulatory Research Role in CoE Wroclaw to support the daily business in the Swiss Region. You will become a member of an international team and receive close insights in a global Bank and the way the Bank is internally steered, as well as how risks are measured. You will join a global community in a premium Swiss Bank and you will become a member of a team focusing on research related to upcoming regulatory changes and on impact which such changes might have on respective business areas (mostly trading and sales related matters).

 

 

You will be responsible for a growing variety of legal and compliance tasks such as:

· Legal Regulatory trend watch.
· Analysis of upcoming regulatory changes.
· Review of draft legislation provided by agencies and financial regulators.
· Analysis of impact on Credit Suisse AG.
· Creation of reports on upcoming regulatory changes.

You Offer...

· University degree (Law, Economics, Banking, Finance, International Affairs etc.).
· Good understanding of the complexity of regulatory environment und financial services.
· Sound knowledge of financial products and investment vehicles would be an asset.
· Very good MS Office skills. 
· Good interpersonal skills, service oriented and reliable personality.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· English to a business standard (German skills as an asset).
· Ability to learn and apply learning quickly.
· Excellent time management and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
· Motivation for professional development in legal regulatory research area.
