Job description

· A challenging role in an international and dynamic environment within International Private Clients, located in the heart of Zurich
· Great opportunity to combine your interests in clients consultation tasks as well as hands-on operational tasks
· Involvement in tasks relating to the strategic, conceptual and operational development of the Relationship Managers
· Daily telephone contact with our sophisticated international clients as well as negotiations with internal interfaces
· Provide efficient support to the Relationship Managers in organizational matters such as calendar management, travel organization, documentation handling, client meetings preparation, market transactions, payment orders, etc.
· Support in general ad-hoc requests
· Integration into a young, dynamic and highly motivated team
· Possibility to take part on the “Global Train to Relationship Manager“ training
· Possibility to become an Junior Relationship Manager depending on performance

Desired profile

· Banking apprenticeship with further education and/or University degree in Banking and Finance
· CS Young Talents, Career Starters or high school intern with excellent certificate of performance
· Work experience as an Assistant to Relationship Manager
· High motivation, willingness to learn and very good interpersonal skills
· Service- and client orientation, enthusiasm for the daily contact with the clients
· Outstanding organizational skills as well as very precise and efficient work approach
· Team player with a high level of flexibility and initiative
· Good knowledge of the Private Banking & Wealth Management area is an asset
· Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to quickly understand complex business topics
· Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory. German is beneficial
