Junior Business Analyst / Data Analyst – Capital Optimization # 092831

Job description

The Business Analyst / Data Analyst is expected to be help the Project Manager with the team's Capital Optimization project, including mobilization, shaping, execution, and closedown, with minimal supervision.

· Identifying the impact of the project on the business lines and support departments
· Liaising with the various business units and support departments to establish priorities and agree solutions
· Allocating resources & driving the completion of tasks
· Ensuring actions, issues, and risks are identified and effectively managed/mitigate
· Monitoring, tracking and reporting project progress to the stakeholders
· Ensuring communication within the project and to external business partners
· Exceptional ability to quantifiably showcase qualitative information based on the multiple business partner priorities
· Proficient business analysis and analytical skills
· Numerate, able to work with spreadsheets and perform financial analysis
· Full project lifecycle experience a solid plus
· Solid knowledge of investment banking processes – front to back; and legal documentation a solid plus
