· A challenging role in an international and dynamic environment within the Private Banking Service Desk Centro Sur Team located in Zurich
· Great opportunity to combine your interests in account support tasks as well as hands-on operational tasks
· High contribution level and responsibility to the exact execution of work processes in order to increase efficiency
· Involvement in tasks relating to the strategic, conceptual and operational development of the Relationship Managers
· Daily telephone contact with our sophisticated Relationship Managers and other units of the bank
· Provide efficient support to the Relationship Managers in all organizational matters such as calendar management, travel organization, documentation handling, market transactions, payment orders, etc.
· Support in general ad-hoc requests

· Finished banking or commercial apprenticeship, experience in the banking field would be an advantage
· Proactive approach and ability to set priorities and to work independently
· Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to quickly understand complex business topics
· Outstanding organizational skills as well as a very precise and efficient work approach
· High motivation and willingness to learn
· Team player with a high level of flexibility
· Fluency in Spanish and / or Portuguese and English, any other language would be an asset
