Job description

The Group Chief Technology Officer (Group CTO) division is responsible for delivering the complete and comprehensive set of infrastructure assets, platforms and processes across the global Credit Suisse organization. The role is within the Portfolio and Program Services department in Group CTO division. Our mandate is to provide discipline, transparency and control over project and program delivery.

We are looking for IT PMO Lead (IT Program Management Office Lead) to join our team in Warsaw. You will have an opportunity to work in complex, multi-year IT Infrastructure programs hand in hand with the program and project managers. You will act as a dedicated Program PMO to one of Group CTO top initiatives and take ownership for PMO activities on behalf of a Program Manager, acting as deputy in some cases. For example:

· Maintain accurate and complete project financials forecasts in CA Clarity PPM tool
· Develop project plans and track tasks, achievements, dependencies, risks and issues
· Ensure timely, well-articulated project / program progress and status reporting
· Ensure compliance and consistency to the internal project management processes
· Support key governance meetings – collate materials, take minutes, etc.
· Additionally, you will lead PMO services delivery for category of programs (e.g. IT security programs) and act as a team leader for our team in Warsaw office. You will contribute to our Global PMO community and support continuous improvement initiatives.
· Build highly effective and well-motivated IT PMO team in Warsaw office
· Conduct PMO trainings and act as a mentor for junior team members
· Act as a local person "to go" in case of PMO process related questions
· Contribute to Global PMO community meetings by sharing standard methodologies
· Drive PMO process efficiencies e.g. by reducing redundant activities
· Support execution of PMO processes harmonization and standardization

As an IT PMO Lead will report to Global Head of IT PMO Services. You will have an opportunity to strengthen your program management skills and grow within the Portfolio and Program Service department.

Desired profile

Essential:

·  Experience in people management at team leader level for approx. 3-5 resources
·  You have at least 3 years' experience in project / program management support function
·  You are experience in Financial & Project Accounting processes including budgeting
·  Good understanding of project management methodologies and PM tools such as MS Project with general understanding of IT Infrastructure (security, networking, datacentres, IT support, etc.)
·  High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, (Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
·  You have very good communication / presentation (oral and written) and report writing skills

Desirable:

·  Previous people management, will be an asset
·  You have an experience in hands on use of CA Clarity PPM for resource management financial reporting and forecasting
·  You have project management certification such as PMP or equivalent that will be an asset
·  Good understanding of Program and Portfolio Management standard methodologies
·  Degree or higher education in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
