Job description

· The opportunity to conduct in-depth analysis and provide research on Biotech/Specialty Pharma related topics concerning Swiss and potentially selected European companies
· Regular preparation, presentation and marketing of research reports and findings to our generalist and specialized institutional client base in Switzerland and internationally
· Close collaboration and calibration with our Biotech/Pharma specialists in international locations (e.g. London, New York, Tokyo, etc.)
· The chance to grow an expert network across the globe and grow both professionally as well as personally
· Regular travelling activities to the locations of our institutional clients and companies covered

Desired profile

·  ETH or University degree in Biology/Chemistry/Applied Biosciences. Understanding of the general drug discovery, development and functioning process. No particular specialization needed.
·  Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Further business and administration education (e.g. MBA) and / or first experience in Financial Analysis (e.g. CFA), preferably in a financial institution or Life Science Company (e.g. Pharma, Biotech, etc.) would be an important additional asset
·  Interest in working in a dynamic and international work environment. Ability to communicate and work in interdisciplinary network setups.
·  Open and communicative personality. High client orientation and passion for close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders. Ability to deliver high quality work under time pressure.
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
