Your role
As part of Credit Suisse Fund Service (Luxembourg) S.A., we offer a challenging position within the Investment Guideline Monitoring team. Your role will be the daily post-NAV guideline monitoring of funds to ensure compliance with legal provisions.
We Offer
Your main tasks will be:
· Monitoring of the fund’s investment restrictions and policy and the breach follow-up:
· Ensuring the ongoing enhancement of our control environment and applications; data maintenance; restriction programming into MIG 21 and manual controls;
· Acting as a point of escalation for clients, Portfolio Managers, Senior Management and Board of Directors regarding investment restrictions and regulatory compliance issues;
· Preparing breach reports for internal and external clients.
You Offer...
You Offer
· A bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent professional qualifications;
· Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience with significant exposure to investment restriction monitoring, compliance and regulatory activities associated with the provision of fund administration services;
· A strong understanding of the Luxembourg fund industry regulatory environment, with significant exposure to UCITS and AIF structures;
· Sound knowledge of investment fund law, accounting principles and financial derivative instruments;
· Fluent English; knowledge of German or/and French would be considered as an advantage.
· IT skills: good knowledge of MIG 21 or similar system;
· Ability to communicate effectively ;
· Strong coordination and priority management skills;
· Team spirit, solution oriented and can-do attitude combined with diplomatic flair.
