First Line of Defense Support (Business Risk Management)

The First Line of Defense Support (Business Risk Management) function is responsible for the coordination, execution and oversight of the control framework for the private banking activities.

Your mission …

· Support the implementation of controls in the Private Banking division;
· Regular and on-going controls on regulatory topics, including design and follow-up of remediation actions in the Private Banking division;
· Ensure the collection and reporting of key risk indicators;
· Contribute to the preparation of internal reports;
· Analysis and follow-up on action points relevant to the front office activities raised by Compliance, Legal, Audit and Risk Control;
· Participate in risk and business related projects.

· A University degree (Business Administration, Finance, Legal,) or equivalent and 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar function (risk control, business administration, etc.), preferably in a private bank;
· Team spirit, solution oriented  and can-do attitude combined with diplomatic flair;
· Flexibility, strong coordination and priority management skills and ability to work under time pressure;
· Good knowledge of MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel (data analysis), Word;
· Fluent English and German or French. Further European languages skills are an advantage;
· Knowledge in regulatory topics (MiFiD, FATCA, EMIR, AML, Cross-Border rules, etc..) will be considered as a strong asset.
