The Financial Crime Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment Officer will join the Financial Crime Compliance (“FCC”) Group. This role will report into the Financial Crime Head of Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA). The Officer will have the responsibility of supporting the Head of EWRA in developing the financial crime compliance (incl. AML, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Fraud and Sanctions Compliance) Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment methodologies. They will be required to support the review of the existing Compliance Risk Assessment process in how it pertains to financial crime via a gap analysis, assist in the assessment of the adequacy and design a strategic framework for assessing financial crime at Credit Suisse.
Specifically, the role requires:
· Assist in the oversight of the Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment for financial crime
· Support a review on the existing Compliance Risk Assessment Methodologies via a gap analysis
· Assist in assessing the adequacy and design a strategic framework for assessing financial crime risks
· Assist in the implementation of tactical measures for a EWRA in lieu of implementing any strategic change
· Work with the Functional and Divisional Heads of Financial Crime to identify the relevant risks that the banks operations are exposed to
· Work with Divisional and Global FCC groups to inventory the Bank’s FCC control framework in order to match controls to specific (operational and compliance) risks
· Liaise with the Global Financial Crime Compliance Program Manager to support the strategy for the EWRA function and process, and support oversight of associated projects
· Liaise with the Business in respect of the implementation and management of an EWRA
· Assist in the integration of the results of the EWRA include updated control frameworks, gap analysis and action plans, if necessary
· Support the implementation of enhancements to EWRA following new financial crime related policy and standards roll out

· Accounting / Business / Economics / Finance / Law degree preferred but not essential
· Diploma / Certificate in AML preferred but not essential
· Experience of an EWRA programme / function in an international Banking / Financial Services environment essential
· Good banking product knowledge essential
· Good understanding of the variance in financial crime risk profile across each major banking jurisdiction essential
· Good understanding of the use of different delivery models within the industry for EWRA essential
· Conversant with EWRA regulatory requirements in each major banking jurisdiction
· Excellent writing, analytical, research and communication skills
· Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organisation
· Proven leadership skills in a collaborative culture
