The Digital Private Bank program will lead the development of electronic channel (eChannel) for our Wealth Management clients as part of a multi-channel (existing Relationship Manager channel and new eChannel) client service model, with the initial pilot being developed in APAC.
The DPB Team will lead the marketing and adoption activities for DPB, and define the new service model that will leverage digital to empower our clients with insight and analysis relevant to their wealth management needs.
1) Establish (together with Private Banking Marketing and Corporate Communications teams) the marketing and communications strategy and plan for DPB client facing capabilities for 2016 and beyond (focus on driving adoption of DPB App across in scope markets and shaping and communicating the value proposition to our Front Office and our clients)
2) Program manage the implementation of above and below the line DPB Marketing and Communications activities with Front Office and Marketing to external clients
3) Act as a 'ambassador' of DPB for our clients and front office to communicate and role model how RMs and clients can optimise their use of digital tools and lead a 'digital concierge' group who attend client events and demonstrate/support clients in their adoption of the new apps
4) Collect and analyse client user data and work with front office and marketing to define campaigns to improve adoption and usage of the apps
5) Assist in developing sales related campaigns to be supported via the digital channel
