Crossfinder Support

We Offer...

The PTG Equities support team cover many aspects of support for the production environment from user facing business support, system monitoring, change/ release management & deployment, environment management, metrics & KPI’s, capacity planning, automation of manual support processes and service level management with the user base.

 

Additional duties and responsibilities:

 

Support for AES, LLDMA, and other proprietary systems. Weekend and holiday coverage sometimes required. Travel to other offices may be required.

 

You Offer...

· Relevant experience in production application support environment.
· Solid LINUX/UNIX knowledge.
· Skilled with Shell, and PERL scripting.
· Solid knowledge of equity markets and order types.
· Solid knowledge FIX.
· Skilled in SQL.
· Minimum of 2 years relevant Production Support and incident management experience.
· Ability to work weekend, and on call rotations if required.
· Bachelor's Degree is required preferably in Computer Science.
· Experience in a client driven technology role working as part of a global team.
· Unbridled enthusiasm and desire to be the best in class.

· Natural communicator.
