Job description
· Preliminary review of deals and preparing sniff tests/CRM Heads up memo on transactions brought in by coverage teams
· Preparing detailed credit analysis on mandated transactions
· Maintain internal database of deals mandated, status, revenues, key specs etc.
· Weekly updates on deal status and pipeline review
· Circulate periodic news flow on portfolio deals and deals in pipeline
Desired profile
· At least graduate degree
· Good MS word, Excel & Power Point skills
· Proficiency in using Bloomberg, Thomson Research, FactSet, Factiva
