Job description

· The opportunity to be part of a specialized and highly motivated team within the Compliance department of Credit Suisse - Swiss Universal Bank (SUB)
· You will work on Reputation Risk assessments (clients, transactions) from a Compliance and holistic reputation risk perspective (in coordination with other Compliance functions)
· You will provide consolidated feedback to the business which means you will formulate and agree on required risk mitigating actions with the business where applicable
· You will participate to design and implementation project of state-of-the art solutions to handle Compliance risks, by leveraging CCRO data and IT capabilities
· You will act as process specialist within SUB Compliance with regard to the design and implementation of new Compliance Framework, affecting 1st and 2nd LoD processes
· You will join an international multi-cultural and welcoming environment that enables you to contribute to the teams success

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  You have 2 – 3 years of experience in a Risk Management or Compliance function, ideally also paired with some experience in the front, within a banking organisation; Bachelor or Master Degree would be a strong advantage
·  Strong negotiation and coordination skills in English and German to ensure effective collaboration with partners in the business and control functions
·  You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
·  You gained experience in performing testing or validation activities of business processes and controls
·  Your expertise allows you to provide authoritative guidance on the development of relevant policies and control documentation as well as in projects
·  Experience in projects related impacting the design of different processes with a Compliance connection on a divisional, platform or bank-wide level
